Artist History Tiger's Lair Records was founded by Patrick "ComputerBig" Ross as a forum for music by artist without a record deal or a record label. After many years of unsuccessful attemps to try and secure a record deal, based on the fact that the Big Label's were always telling me that they did'nt know how to market my music or that it was'nt MAINSTREAM enough. Well lo and behold they now have names and categories for the type of music that I was making all those years ago, and guess what? Now all those big labels are gonna feel all those dollars slipping away from them becuase they always thought that I was to intelligent to be ripped off by them, and you know they were right. Now through the power of The World Wide Web Tiger's Lair Multimedia Studios is gonna bring you all the music they didn't want you to hear, because they were to busy being greedy trying to rip-off all the artist for their music and their publishing. Artist are not rich greedy bastards that just want to take your money and run...and record companies do not pay for or make it possible for artist to become popular in the eye's of the public. In fact, every penny the record invest in and artist is instantly RECOUPED by the record companies out of the artist share of whatever profits are made...DO NOT BE FOOLED, THE ARTIST PAYS FOR EVERYTHING, AND I MEAN EVERYTHING! They do not make a dime until all debts are paid and that can be anywhere from 3 to 5 years down the line. the only thing they get are the perks of celebrity, and that ain't all it's cracked up to be. So support the artist, because they make the music, and the Music is what it's all about. if it wasn't for the music there would be no record business, now would there.
