Artist description
Sabio's superb live performances have already been compared with the likes of U2, Jamiroquai and The Stereophonics (work that if you can!) Their livegigs have covered the whole spectrum of venues from pubs, clubs, universities, festivals, stadiums and even a shark tank in the London Aquarium. |

Artist History
The band is 100% committed and are highly prolific having penned an albums worth of new songs in just three months. Through their determination, passion and belief in what they're doing, the band have started to develop a strong and loyal following having already amassed a huge mailing list. All the hard graft has paid off as the boys signed a production deal with ‘XS Music’ just one hour before going on stage. The band have since been in the studio with Ian Grimble (who produced the platinum selling Travis singles ‘Why Does it Always Rain on Me’ & ‘Turn’ & Manic Street Preachers) and Nigel Butler (The Audience, Bewitched), who we’re quoted as saying that “they’re one of the most talented bunch we have ever worked with”.SABIO intend to exploit the internet revolution with an aggressive online presence and extensive website www.sabio.fm .SABIO’s first single ‘Happy Go Lucky Joe’ is an immense track that sticks its hooks in after the first listen and has already sparked big interest from the majors. The second single ‘Home’ is a powerful song that ignites SABIO’s live gigs and is due for a release in the spring of 2000. |
