Artist description
Power trio based in cynicism, anger, confusion, and hope.It is unknown if these tunes were played live but the rumour is that they were ALL made up on the spot during moments of clarity(?) and inspiration...raw as some of it is, the great moments are just that: grand heights of musical improvization...in rock and blues. To my knowledge no ROCK group has surpassed this bands' improv skills, which makes their seeming disappearance from the music scene all the more regretable. However, since this site has surfaced the band has been in touch (we're still looking for bass player Larry Rott) and will be back in the studio soon. A tour is not beyond the realm of possibilities. |

Artist History
Formed for 1 year in 1994, Man In Machine recorded 35 tunes before they disbanded. The tapes containing the music on this page were found in an abandoned cabin in Joshua Tree where the bands' leader was last seen. He disappeared and his whereabouts are unknown(?). At some point these songs will be edited down and it is hoped thatthe band members will resurface again and put the finishing touches on songs that are truely the work of a bunch of crazed masters. |
