Artist History I played in an art-rock band called Askew in the late-90's, and also in a low-fi rock trio called Planet of the Eights. In January 2000 I helped form the SIL2K group to support and create experimental and improvised music in Seattle. Later in March 2000 Stu Aaron and I formed the band sub_sonic from a weekly series at the Baltic Room. Later that year I joined the band avant-groove band Ota Prota playing keyboards and clarinet. I played with them for almost a year before moving on. My own music has been evolving over several generations of electro-pop and instrumental electronica. These days I'm way into sound design, groovy beats, samples and textures. I also create video art which I sometimes show along with sub_sonic, TransAtlantic IceFloe or other bands and music. I also DJ around town once in a while, playing mostly downtempo and occasionally drum+bass.
