Artist description
The Meisers write their own music and love to sing about anything from "Bootywhacking" to "cheese and rice" to "basketball stars". Their lyrical content is nonsense and just plain hilarious. |

Artist History
They began in 1993 with the cult-hit "Everybody Bootywhack!", a satire on rap music. The song grew in popularity and was played at many-a-high-school-dance in the Sacramento, CA area. Following the single came the EP "Loaf Of Bread", also in 1993. In 1995 the Meisers released a new EP "The Lobster Was Alive!". Also in 1995, EM made the jump from music to film by making the movies "ENERGY MEISERS: THE FAT BLOATED MOVIE" and "EM2: COUNTRY WAFFLES (THE SEQUEL)". In 1998 they followed-up the 2 movies with a new documentary-styled film entitle "EM3: SHIBBENS OF GOLD". Currently underway is the new album "Uncle Spivey" which contains remixed versions of all 11 songs previously released on their 2 EPs and a few exclusive new bonus tracks. Also in the works is EM's new film "EM4: BLAZING HOT RICE CAKES". |
