Artist History
From ThinkToy's (Media) Analyst... ThinkToy's fascination with found sounds and collage media began as a child using the TV remote control to channel-hop from one TV channel to another. He used to amuse himself for hours as dialogue from one TV station unexpectantly cut to another, with the simple press of a button. This heightened ThinkToy's desire for information and media intake, and over time ThinkToy acquired an irresponsible way of thinking about the world around him. Now he has decided that it is best if he puts his thoughts to play through the use of recordings from the various electronic media he knows best. In his efforts to communicate he uses media against media to convey what a given medium does not usually allow. And, to be honest, if you can make sense of it all you're either highly intelligent or a raving lunatic! |
