Artist History Started playing drums in 1981 in Philadelphia, PA. Played in RUIN from 1982 to 1984. His Drumming appears on the flexi-disk in Terminal! magazine, the "Get Off Our Backs" Philly hardcore compilation, the "HeHo" LP, and the "Songs of Reverie & Ruin" CD. Moved to NYC in 1987 after joining Live Skull (replaced James Lo)., played drums with LIVE SKULL until they broke up in 1990, drumming on the albums "Dusted", "Snuffer" & "Positraction. Toured Europe, the US, & Canada with LIVE SKULL, & recorded a John Peel Session for the BBC in London. "Dusted" was a Spin Magazine "Platter du Jour" (album of the month) in 1987. 1990 - 1992, joined OF CABBAGES AND KINGS featuring guitarist Carolyn Masters (of Glenn Branca), and bassist Al Kizys (of Swans, Foetus & Glenn Branca ), replacing Ted Parsons on drums (of Swans, Foetus & Prong). Drummer on the single THE REIGN & the LP BASIC PAIN/BASIC PLEASURE, both on XXX Records. 1992-1994, helped form SugarTime with Norman Westberg (of Swans & Foetus) & Jason (of Nice Strong Arm) & Robert Chamberlain. They released 2 singles, one on Simple Machines Records. 1994- joined DIGITALIS with John Meyers (Rat At Rat R, Glenn Branca and Blastula), Skinny John (Reverb Motherfuckers) & Julie Hair (Body, an early incarnation of Live Skull, 3 Teens Kill 4, Bite Like A Kitty). They have a CD out on Subnumbula Records. 1995-present: Phideaux, a studio project with Phideaux Xavier. They have completed recording a CD, most of which can be heard online at MP3.com, and are in the studio working on a 2nd cd.
