Disgusted with the fact that Oprah Winfrey wouldn't admit to being a lesbian, Claudine Kielson fled from Chicago to New York City. Dreams of making music for synchronized swimming floated to her as she was splashed by a cross-town bus while leering at speedo-clad twins still wet from practice. Claudine's soulful, sweaty chick grooves tell of her often humorous insights to life, love and the pursuit of sex... and those twins.Thinking she spotted them on MTV's Beach House, which she thought was taped in Los Angeles, Claudine made the big bi-coastal move. Like a smitten stalker, she continues to search for the twins. |

US Fem-vox rock with a big dollop of funky rhythms. Definitely in the alt rock section with lots of attitude. Track 5, 'Sometimes 1 Is More Than 2', is a particularly good rocker with the vocal duties being shared and a real old fashioned punk attitude. I think we may be hearing a lot more of this lot, they've got the backing of the same management company as Counting Crows and K.D. Lang and are well and truly up for it.
