The Ashley Gang is the result of the musical partnership between solo artists Paul Garfinkel and Al Scortino. Both Al and Paul are award winning Florida folk song writers. Heavily influenced by the people, place, and history of the state of Florida, the songs are tender, funny, relevant,and memorable. The Ashly Gang is a mainstay of the Florida folk circuit, poised on the brink of national recognition. |

Artist History
The Ashley Gang was born at the Barberville Heritage Days Festival in November 1998 when singer/song writers Paul Garfinkel and Al Scortino decided to "split sets" and back each others solo efforts. Joined by bassist Michelle Moncrief-Lowe and Percussionist norm mcdonald, the group was an immediate hit, and has played together regularly ever since. |
