Artist description
This is my drum and bass project. Call me impressively original, but my primary instrument is my deranged, but vivid imagination. These machines in front of me are mere tools to render the psychedelic grooves in my mind into audible sensations. I can't really generalize a single description for all my songs, but they are all deep, be it angry tech-step or refreshingly emotional grooves. |

Press Reviews
"Pandimensional Fission (edit)"- Oh man I really don't know where to start with this one. This is one of the best I have heard in my near of a month of reviewing. It starts with exellently worked strings that just move you! There perfectly done. The whole intro is quite astounding. Mad amounts of variations and hard work were put into just the intro alone. Then the bass drops and oh is it beautiful. The first variation of sub-bass is subtle, the second rips and twist and knocks the senses out of your mind. A grinding distorted down shifting, magnetic terror- ising sub "consious" woofer threating beast. It rumbles as the strings remain to stream through space. This track has blown my mind completly. im having trouble putting this into words. What I liked about it was the exceptional arcatechture, emuculatly produced machanical drum sounds, the wikkid bass, and the spirit lifting strings! What I didnt I don't have much to complain about!! (10/10) Nebula X - --- - "Kimberly 8/10 - This is a very relaxing track that has a warm and, i'm sorry , a kind of scared feeling around it. I like it alot, but this is a album track in all respects, this would sit perfect on an album and i would never skip it." [Emilsson] - --- - "I downloaded Padimensional Fissure. Help, you're scaring me man. That intro is really powerful, I LOVE that roaring sound. I am not too fond of some of the string sounds you've used, they sound a bit "looped", maybe with some reverb on them...When the tune actually bursts out into the hard ass groove it is long awaited (but not too long). The beat is cool, very hard, great programming not the standard two step beat. I especially like that reverbed very flat snare sound that appears every eigth bar. That bass is huge. I really like this tune, although it is a bit repetetive at times (but that doesn't really disturbs me since it grooves so well). My only real criticism is that it distorts a lot (heh, coming from me that just got nailed for distortion by emilsson). It feels like it is very loud, it could easily be a few dB lower and still kick ass but without distorting/clipping so much (I know that some of the distortion is intentional). I'll definately grab more of your stuff when I have time." [Fingertwister] |
