Artist History
Legubitron was formed for the primary purpose of playing at UC Davis' picnic day in 1999. Since then, they perform weekly at parties, bars and clubs in Davis, Sacramento, San Francisco or down south in Isla Vista, LA. Indivudially, they each have their own projects and perform with other friends at coffee shops like Delta of Venus in Davis, CA. There is a music scene in Davis, as diverse and freeform as it is, and Legubitron are encouraged and inspired by friends and musicians in Davis. OF special note are local performers, the Serial Carpens, Bob Lewis, Anton Barbeau, and Sandy Coldiron. |
