Artist description
Jason is a solo artist with a real gift for songwriting. He writes all of his own songs, even the ones he didn't write, and he plays most of the instruments on his recordings, even the ones he didn't play, which he also engineers by himself, which sometimes he didn't do. He may or may not be a truly great musical artist. |

Artist History
Driven from Russia at the tender age of -52, Jason Axinn has often been compared to someone really tall, or at least a stack of 17 short people. Aside from forming the "Jason Axinn Cover Band", and performing at the "Jason Axinn Cover Band Tribute Concert", Jason has played guitar, bass, piano and the tambourine, not to mention drums and the stereo. Often quoted as listing his main influences as the Beatles, Queen and Jimi Hendrix, it's quite obvious he listened to a lot of Ween instead, who were, in turn, influenced by the greats themselves. He has just enjoyed a successful tour of Vons, where he bought some food that he may release later as something called, "dinner". Always unpredictable, Jason has made no plans for dinner. Yet. |
