Artist History
Since it's conception in 1997 the groups original members Mark Petersen known throughout the free world as the "Ayatollah of Rocknrolla." Composer and writer of most of the material from "GUILTY PARTY" as well as lead guitarist and background vocalist. Along with Greg "Hurricane" Hensley one of Ventura's most solid bass players, backing vocals and positive driving force of the group, have added the talents of Tony the "Lyrical Miracle" Rhoads the golden voice of "GUILTY PARTY" and all around nice guy, brings his raw yet seasoned vocal virtuosity to the band. Also contributing as an outstanding lyricist and charismatic front man who definitely knows how to work a crowd. Also recently transplanted from the Hawaiian Islands Keakealani "Chief Kea" Kanamu drums and background vocals who adds the savage "funk" element to the group as well as providing a colorful yet solid in the pocket performance giving "GUILTY PARTY" a definite edge. Their songs are suited for a variety of formats. Ranging from Rock and Top40 to Blues, funk, Reggae and more. The philosophy of creating songs that are danceable, with strong "hooks" that keep you singing the song long after the music stops is a very consistent and integral element that will ensure "GUILTY PARTY'S" position as a driving force in the music industry... |
