Artist description We play PROGRESSIVE DEATH METAL. With this definition we mean a genre which isinspired by death metal (in its most experimental versions) but also by other genres as rock progressive and jazz/fusion. Our music is characterized by the ambivalence of emotions and by the effort to search an harmony between the contraries. That is the meaning of ESICASTIC (from Hesychastic). The result is something intense, dark/bright, technical, progressive.

Artist History ESICASTIC began in April 1995. We released two demo tapes (DEMO '98 and UNDECEMBER - promo '98) and we also appear in a CD compilation (INTO THE UNDERGROUND VOL.IV) released by Whiplash rec.Now, we have a third promo: ATMAN promo 2001Listen to the mp3!!!
