Music Style Progressive metal

Musical Influences OVER AND OUT take inspiration from the newest tendencies in progressive metal, but far from simply imitating the classics they rather consider this label as an example of how the different styles and sensibilities of the four members can melt together in a mixture that combines a wide range of personal influences. The choice of playing instrumental music is probably the best solution to create a music made of images painted by the single musician's inspiration, where technique is not a target but a tool.

Artist History Over and out were born in the late summer of 1995 from the ashes of Azrael, keeping their original core composed by Alessandro Arbocò (bass) and Alessandro Mortola (drums). Young guitarist Pier Gonella is recruited to complete the line-up. The band starts recording a 4-tks demo. In May new guitarist Renzo Luise joins up and the band starts an intense live activity. Some months later OAO release their second 4-tks demo entitled "Parental Advisory - No Lyrics".In June 1996 Renzo suddenly leaves the band; the remaining members keep on playing live and win some italian rock festivals. Ex-Nova Malà Strana keyboardist Stefano Mori then joins the band, giving the band its final line-up.
