Artist description
With his new CD Found, Tampa bay area singer/songwriter and guitarist extraordinaire John Land turns his dynamic “crossover solo acoustic” music loose on the world, a rich blend of the sounds of Celtic and American folk and modern pop.Hailed by BAM Magazine as “a giant in physical stature as well as musical talent,” John recently departed the ranks of Celtic rock band Tempest to record Found (released in September) and devote himself fully to his own music. Live, he is a passionate and engaging performer, likened to Richard Thompson, Ian Anderson, and James Taylor by his fans at home and overseas. |
