Artist History Eric Neves comes from a band called Colorfinger. Back in 1989he was a drummer playing alt country punk in this fourpiece outfit from San Francisco. With frontman Art Alexakis of Everclear(this is his early band before Everclear) they were courted by major labels and signed to Def American with the Jayhawks in 1991.But due to internal problems (mostly Art Alexakis wanting to pursuitother pop interests) they disbanded in 1993. Art Alexakis went on to Everclear fame leaving Eric to take up the Alt country music and starthis own band called Billy Goats Gruff. They later disbanded leaving all the musical chores to Eric . " I started playing guitar and writng songs to make the music I loved".So now after 10 years of working on the guitar playing and other instuments I started recording on my own .
