Artist History The story about Rapid White Tentacle (R.W.T) began in thewinter of 1999 when a bunch of lads thought they would becomerock stars and earn lots of money. JUST KIDDING! The lads thoughtthat ska was a nice music style and just like that R.W.T was found.It took a coulpe of weeks until they got some great musicianstogether and they started to practice in the famous Replokal 4 inLindesberg. Since then R.W.T have been a ass kicking ska bandwhich have had Starmarket as a opening band on thier big gig onthe 4:th of June. (Starmarket is a big power-pop-punk band fromSweden in case you didn't know). R.W.T have two records. The firstwas recorded in Replokal 4 using a pair homemade hearphones anda simple kitchenradio. The first record was calles "EAT" and is oneof the biggest seller in Sweden right now...... NOT!. The secondrecord were a litle bit more serious. This time R.W.T were usingreal microphones and finished up with a great demo, they thoughtanyway. The demo got the name "Driveby Screaming".
