Artist History
Yonchae, before launching into her musical career, had a successful career in modeling starting at the age of 17 with LA Talent. Her strong interest in music however, drew her to Korea to sign with a major label, and produced 3 hit albums that sold over a million. She was also the star of a very popular musical in Korea, not to mention having her own radio show which was the number one late night radio show. She has currently moved back to states, attending Cornish University in Seattle, Washington, as well as starting her new career by forming the group II DEFIANTS.
DJ Punish, also known as David Ford, has also been drawn to music at an early age. At the age of sixteen he bought his first turn table and formed a dance crew and started selling his own mix tapes, which became enormously popular. He became involved with Sir-Mix-A Lot, and contributed significantly to the Grammy winning song “Baby Got Back” and the “Mack Daddy” album. After a stint of DJ’ing for a local radio station, DJ Punish decided to utilize his talents again by joining the group, II DEFIANTS
