Artist History
A stompin', soulful, guitar-oriented blues rock band, is the vision of lead guitarist/lead vocalist D.B. Bryant. After working with national acts such as "Great Southern Railroad" in the late 80's and "Copperhead" in the mid-90's, he decided to create his own project. In January 1997, D.B. began writing new material with his brother 'Will' Bryant. Will has played bass and been a co-writer with D.B. in bands and studio projects since they were kids. When the pre-production and demo process was completed, they called in Eric Suttlemyre. Eric, who played drums for "Copperhead", is an up-and-coming producer/songwriter in his own right. Together they recorded the CD in August and September of 1997. To round out the live band, they chose Ken McMurray on the guitar and backing vocals. Since the band started they have opened shows for such national acts as Molly Hatchet, Ga. Satellites, Pat Travers, Derek Trucks band, BTO and also at the House of Blues for Alice Cooper and Robin Trower. |
