Artist History
ANAMNASIA started its carrier in June 1996. First the guys played cover versions of their favorite bands such as Alice in Chains, Metallica, Pantera. After they decided that they had developed their abilities to compose the band started to write songs of their own. Between 1997-1998 ANAMNASIA recorded three demo tapes: "100% bootleg in 30 minutes" (1997), "Demo2"(1997) and "That's what we are" (1998). In october 1998 the band released their debut album "MASS". The album was some sort of a compilation of the best songs the guys had written so far. ANAMNASIA became a symbolic bandd for the bulgarian underground scene with its specific female vocals. The next album was recorded in September 2000 and again one word title "NEO". The songs were much more professionally aranged and the sound is better. Unfortunately this seemed to be the last album having Eileen behind the mic. First Stefan left the bass guitar in Danail's hands in the summer of 2001. A year later Eillen said BYE to the music and the band. That's how ANAMNASIA became a trio having Danail as the new singer. Now the guys are working on their next album which as they say is going to be the loudest stuff they've ever made.
