    Artist History
Simonetta began her songwriting after making an intensive Ignatian silent retreat and a subsequent 30-day follow-up retreat. Fr. John Hardon S.J., her retreat master, encouraged her to "write". This and the guidance of her spiritual director resulted in this outpouring of music that became her new album. Simonetta had never written music before this experience.

    Press Reviews
"Simonetta's "Keep Your Eyes on the Beloved" has reached thousands of people all over the United States and Canada in the one year since it's release. It's beautiful and consoling collection of Catholic, Contemporary Folk has moved people to get them by the handfuls in order to share them with others. From the smooth soprano sax of the title track, to the subtly Gaelic violin of the "Beauty that You Are", to the Caribbean feel of "You Captured Me", you will be surprised and touched. Most of all, Simonetta's deeply Catholic lyrics and beautiful voice will make you want to play this album over and over again." Len Pacek - Executive Director, The Saint Philomena Foundation Fr. Benedict Groeschel CFR called it "bright and deeply spiritual". Author & Teacher Fr. John Hardon S.J. said it was "filled with truth, in an uplifting and consoling setting". Author Bud MacFarlane Jr. says "The production quality is first rate."
