Artist History
Based out of Cleveland, Ohio, Sad Davie formed in 1999 when guitarist Joe Dippong and vocalist Talmadge Porter got together with Joshua Bobrosky, David Novak (Talmadge's brother) and Shaun Lewis. Their sound is described as having the sensitivity of Radiohead and R.E.M and the straight up rock delivery of Oasis, framed with contemplative lyrics and delivered with vulnerability and urgency. |
