Artist History Guitarist and founding member Lou DiBello has appearred in Guitar World Magazine and is busy as a guitar instructor and studio player, not to mention all the time he spends doing shows with E S P. Bassist Gary Strater was a member of the Progressive Rock act "Starcastle" which reached National Acclaim. He has also been featured in Bass Player Magazine. Tommy Garza is a former member of the Illinois based bands "Last Gentleman" and the "Rave".

Press Reviews E S P is one of todays hardest working bands in the state of Illinois. The band was formed by Lou DiBello in early 1995 with lead singer Kelly Hazel. After a number of personnel changes, they were joined by drummer Tommy Garza and bassist Gary Strater in November of 1996, and they have been rockin across downstate Illinois ever since. The band is working harder than ever to expand their fan base.
