Artist History Mauti was born and raised in St. Louis, MO. He started singing at the age of 6 years old fromhis mother's lap for her friends for 25 cents persong. Over the years Mauti, a former Marine, hasshown his multiple styles (singing or rapping) onstage with everyone from national recording artists such as OutKast, Harold Melvin & The BlueNotes, E-40, Johnny Taylor, Fabu, Heatwave,Nuttin Nice, Chi Lites, Spice 1, Dennis Edwards (former lead singer of the Temptations), Craig Mack, Old Skool, Bone Thugz, Alex Bugnon, Gregg Haynes, Quartet Tres Bien. He has also kept astrong hold of his roots as an underground artistby performing with Herrie "Tre" Pullom Jr., JessePullom, Lamar "G" Allen, Chauncey Gibson, JayClaire a.k.a. Kaos of 100.3fm "The Beat".
