Artist History JOHN MICHAEL CARLISLE was born and raised in North Carolina. After kicking around the Myrtle and Daytona Beach scenes for several years he moved to Nashville about 20 years ago to pursue his life-long goal of making music to groove to. As leader and guiding force behind THE DINOSAURS, Michael has been a mainstay of the Nashville club scene for the past 13 years.TRIO MYSTERIOSO is made up of members of the THE DINOSAURS. While THE DINOSAURS were primarily a jazz fusion ensemble, TRIO MYSTERIOSO employs more vocals and a rock and roll sensibility not present before.
