Artist History Heather P has been a local favorite of the Hampton Roads area of Virginia for the past 5 years, singing at most of the areas festival events as well as the club scene. Realizing the need to take her singing to the next level, she teamed up with local producer Tracy Spence of TLS Productions.There, she polished her vocal skills and recorded original tracks for her self-titled debut album.
