Artist description BlueFire is a 5 piece Rock/Blues oriented band with Jennifer Zory on vocals, Norm Knapp on guitar, Bruce Cutter on Guitar, Ben Spencer on bass and David Brewster on drums. Play from soft melodic style such as "So Blue" (lyrics by Jennifer) to hard rocking down and dirty blues. Prefer to play our own music..but also do some "covers", utilizing our own twists and turns..major turn off is "copying" a tune note for note..and we don't do it. Artist History BlueFire is new on the scene..having just finally reorganized to complete the band as it is today.

Group Members Dave, Norm and myself (Bruce) played in a successful all original rock band in the 70s Syracuse NY music scene under the name Fish Creek Landing. Dave and I have been out of the performing scene for the last 20 + years..although Dave is owner of ProStage Productions (www.prostageproductions.com) and has been very active in the Northeast concert community. Norm has been active in several bands during the last several years and prior to FCL was in a very prominent Albany NY / New Jersey band by the name of The Collection. Jennifer is a recent graduate of The Syracuse University School of Music where she performed in the Jazz Ensemble and also has been actively singing in other area rock bands. Ben is new to Central NY having just moved from Pennsylvania where he played in a rock band and met up with us through cnymusic.com.
