Press Reviews
MFTKR BIOImagine walking into a place that is familiar. You could swear that you have been there before. And then you discover that everything that you have been told in your life has been just one big lie. You are locked into a cell of conformity. Ratherthan just playing along you do something about it. Well that is the Government and the soundtrack is MFTKR.Formed in 1996 (under "Nintendo Power 89'") MFTKRhas gone through several live transformations since its origins. Created by DJ Syntax after seeing a need to portray musically all of the angst and energy that encapsuled him, "...music is a release,it is like fucking in that sense, but its also like playingrussian roulette, when you make music with machines, you never know what you are going to get." MFTKR has aunique vision for the worlds demise, "Lets just say I picture the premise for armageddon involving a backstreet boy,the papparazzi and a few thousand pissed off game show hostswho lost there jobs." |
