Artist History The Madd Hues Squad was formed in the spring of '99 by a collaboration of local Woodbridge, Va emcees for the cause of speakin' truth to the masses. In the early months upon creation, they spent a majority of their time performing around the northern Virginia, and Washington Dc area. When complications occurred due to conflicts of interest, the group lost a couple of members but still kept writing and creating. Now a days you can catch the 3 prominent members of the Madd Hues Squad still getting together to drop bars of pure hip hop. The name broken down into terms of understanding simply means a squad of many colors. When the crew first emerged, there were blacks, whites, latinos, asians, and mixed races together for the purpose of God, using rap as a tool to spread the potent messages and prophetic teachings of our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ.
