Artist History Aaron has had singing, guitar playing and writing coursing through his veins for the last 12 of his 25 years. This musical immersion was in part credited to his father Rick Garner, one of the few fathers who would tell their son to "turn it up!" Recently graduated from college, Aaron is shifting his full attention to the development of his musical career. Aaron has played with Ontario blues legends Carlos Del Junco, Mel "That was alll'ight young brotha!" Brown, and the late Bill Kinnear. Kim Mitchell has been known to frequent Aaron's local shows with his band Abandon, featuring Rick Garner on B-3, Mike McDonald (formerly of Prairie Oyster) on drums, and Carl Rabinowitz (formerly of Eugene Smith & The Warm Up Band)on bass. He has received airplay from the CBC and other local radio stations, including an entire hour live broadcast by K106.5.
