Artist History
Picks and Sticks was formed in 1993 by Paul Droog and Paul Stock. The duo became a trio by the release of the first album in 1994, "Junkfood Hog". In 1996, "What a Great Day!" was released (on cassette). In 1998, "Let's Go!" was released, and which included the addition of Doug Varty. All selections have been written and composed by Paul Droog except for five songs on the "What a Great Day!" album, four of which were written by Danny Hunter and one by Paul Stock. The group is currently writing material for upcoming performances, and Danny Hunter has released two albums of original country/folk music. As well, Paul Droog is preparing folk music for eventual release by 2001. |
