    Artist description
After being separated from my siamese twin at birth I was adopted by a troupe of midget clowns from a travelling circus. Growing up in the circus was a wild ride, I got to know all the inner workings of the human mind and soul. How it can love and hate and be frightened of that which it can't understand. This knowledge gave me great insight into my music later in life. Since I had been separated from my twin at birth I had no true abnormalties to help me in circus life except for the extra full functioning arm growing out of my back. After the initial "hype" of my extra arm grew old on the circus circuit and I was replaced by a one and a half foot woman with 40 DD size chest I decided to leave the circus side show in search of a new home and new friends. I said goodbye to all my freakshow family and started to hitch across the country with nothing but a few pairs of jeans an old black tee shirt and a guitar "for the lonely times" as my friend and mentor the One Eyed Giant had said to me upon departure.Being on the road at age 15 was an eye opener to say the least but I taught myself to play guitar and the convience of the third arm truly paid off as I was hitching becase while thumbing I still had two arms to pluck the strings. I met all sorts of interesting people who all had stories and all had lives just as, if not more "strange" than my own. I ended up in New Hampshire of all places, taking odd jobs here and there so I would always have a pillow under my head. I had many part time jobs: the assembly lines loved me because of my "extra" I could work 1&1/2 times as much as the next man in the same amount of time. I had a particularlly interesting stint as a postage stamp licker for an elderely couple who sent out thousands of letters to their congressman each week demanding the return of Three's Company to their local cable network. Finally when I saved enough money from the years in the circus and the odd jobs I worked at I made the decision to have my third arm removed and join the human race as a "normal" citizen unlike the "freak" people believed I was but really they were more the freex in their own strange little world. Never leaving the home they grew up in, never experiencing anything other than the street or town in which they lived. Who is the Freak here? Sad to see my arm go but happy with the new freedom I received by removing it I started playing my guitar with some friends who didn't see me as a freak but just as a guy who could play guitar. My First Band was Aurora when I was seventeen years old barely a man. We were touring the Boston Club scene playing all the bars and I couldn't even drink yet (heh). The Channel, Rat Cellar, Avalon etc. Our first release "Aurora" sold over 400 copies in one night at a show we played, we then decided a few years later to move on to Phoenix, Arizona. We played all over the Tempe, Phoenix area.We were voted best band and I got best guitarist in Arizona by one of the local music papers. After a few years of beating my head against the wall I moved back to New Hampshire. In New Hampshire I started a label E5 productions and a recording studio. My new band was called Truth Serum (CD's available) I was lead Guitar & Vocals, Chris Reynolds-Rhythm guitar & backup vocals, Ted Cheever- Bass and back up and Andrew Suits-Drums we were together for two albums, many shows and other gigs. After the Truth Serum Experience I decided to go solo and that's what you will hear here.I never really had an arm growing out of my back but I was adopted as a baby. I had great parents and have a brother who does my art and web design has a highly active imagination.I was adopted as a baby.
