Artist History one day the two sides of the bay reached inward to kiss eachother's shores... and from that union sprouted vic allyn warble hiss superstar.... vic allyn lived for years in a pine shack feeding himself alone on granite stones.. one day he got his big break as a secret mapmaker and ever since he's been proclaiming that "love is an arrow!!" but what he really means to say is that love is a compass arrow on a map... for it is the places we are and have been that make up so many stages for our memories, dreams, hopes and desires... be it thru a ukelele, an old air organ, an oddly tuned guitar or whatever... the Early Moring Initials have seen many incarnations over time and now hope to warm you with some songs of love.... occasionally straying out to other grounds along the way.

Group Members Vic Allyn(usually plays all instruments, sings, and records everything too!!)Brian Kuan Wood (the first emi "drummmer".. only played one show w/ the band.. at Super Saturday 98' T.E.S.C.)Hans Sendelbach (the second drummer of emi.. never played any shows.. only practiced.. eventually formed into a band called "the Habitrails" w/ Aerick)Phil Elvrum (the third drummer for emi.. played on one song "remain the same" which was for a Jandek compilation... he recorded that song too)Melanie Rose Shelton (an old roomate.. sang on the song "slimesuckers")Dennis Driscoll (brief maraca and vocal appearance on the "grapeview, wa" cassette tape)Peighdeigh and Pushkin (R.I.P.)
