Artist History
In December of '97 we started this band to play some great punk music cause the area was full of MXPX
wanna be bands. The first line-up was Johnny Ramrod - bass, Pat V - drums, Bruce - guitar, Russ - vox.
We had a great time with this line-up played a lot of good drunken shows and pissed a lot of people off!
Then Russ just took off after a show in Stroudsberg and decided he wanted to to live in Baltimore. So John
and Pat decided to sing but either wasn't very good. So they got Eric Sickbag. From the band Sickbag to
sing. Then pat just got up and left. Russ came back and we had two singers but no drummer. Eric left and
Russ was playing drums for the time being. About this time we had Nick try out for second guitar. Nick
was in and we still needed a drummer. Nick had this friend Ian, he tried out and made it. A week later we
Played our first show with this line-up. After about a month Russ left again. So John said "fuck it" and sang
himself. Things were going good at this point and the unthinkable happened Bruce left. Not to long after
that we went into the studio to record the first album 100% Pure Punk. Some songs came out ok, Most of
em were shit. We played one show after this and broke up. Then after about a year we decided to do a
couple of shows with just about every member. It felt right so we decided to get together and jam. this time
with John on bass, Nick on guitar, Pat on guitar, and Ian on drums. About two months later we had Pat M
come in to sing. After about of month of practicing John and Pat M decided they didn't like the direction of
the new band and left to continue Societys Threat. Pat V, Nick, and Ian formed a new band called the
Fas'ners. With no guitar player they asked Bruce to join back up and he was more than excited to. So that
brings us up to right now. Who knows where the future will lead. Hopefully more good drunken times. |
