Press Reviews
"Overall, highest marks for concept and composition, Brandnewbug reveals something new with every listen."--Expose ??? "Dawson spins out jagged polyrhythmic lines that show a clear Zappa influence, changes time signatures with abandon, doodles atonally on electronic harpsichord and bassoon, tries a toy-chest-style drum solo on a General MIDI kit, and generally gives the listener a guided tour of the inside of his head."--Keyboard ??? "Dawson keeps the atmosphere alive with his swarming armies of crazily charged sounds."--i/e |
