Artist History
LA TRAMPA was formed in 1996. The classic line-up was: Diego Lentini (Guitar/Lead Vocals), Federico Russo (Guitar), Marcelo Barrios Espinosa (Drums), Alejandro Farache (Saxophone), and Marcos Sotelo (Bass Guitar). After a short period of time they acquired a certain recognition in the west side of the great city of Buenos Aires, Argentina. In 1998 with the increase of their popularity they recorded their first album "Jugando Con Fuego" (Playing With Fire). The album featured special guests from Argentina's well-known bands like Carlos Arin (Saxophone) from Caballeros de la Quema, Dani (Percussion) from La Negra y La Renga, etc. Even though the record never hit the stores, it was a successful independent effort to offer to the shows' increasing crowd. Currently, after Marcos' departure to the US, Federico and Diego kept playing with a new Bass player and Drummer but soon after disbanded.
