Musical Influences
Mostly everything we have grown up listening to, all of us come from very diverse musical backgrounds. Both Scotts grew up playing piano, and Scott Straub also played trumpet in the school band (he has since moved on to bigger and better things). Andy has always played drums, as well as a little bit of bass guitar. As far as influential artists go, we all have very diverse backgrounds. Andy has always grown up listening to hardcore and metal, while the two Scotts listened to many different styles of music, including Straub's older brother's ex-hardcore band, Proximity, which has always been somewhat of an influence for Straub to get in on the whole concept of "being in a band". All of us are practically self-taught on our instruments, owing most everything we have to natural talent. |

Artist History
We've been playing together for a couple years, but have only gotten serious within the past six months. We started out with really bad equipment and a lack of enthusiasm, but as our talent increased and we began to get better, so did our equipment. We are all interested in turning our hobby into a bit of cash. (who isn't?) How much of a reality this is, who knows, but just the idea alone of making money by playing music is something we could only dream about. |
