Artist History
Delbert’s first CD, “All Dressed In Brown,” was released in January of 1998. The first track, “Smile,” found radio airplay on 105.7 the PEAK in Spokane Washington. The CD assisted the band in finding many club dates across the Pacific Northwest. Delbert has built a following on the road converting new fans in Oregon, Washington, Idaho, and Montana, California, and beyond. Delbert quickly found a niche playing at college bars. Delbert released their second CD, “Weird Faces” January 1st of 2000. Diverse creative songs with the Delbert flair can be found on this new independent release. The combination of rythms, change ups, and lyrical variation produces a refreshing alternative today's musical cliche. Combinations of heavy driven acoustic/percussive songs, neo-folk, jazz funk jams, and pop rock show up on “Weird Faces.” Delbert is currently promoting themselves on the road playing live shows throughout the Northwest. |
