Artist description When I was a boy, I saw the film " A 2001 Space Odyssey " and the music hit me forcefully. It was composer Gyorgy Ligeti, and from that moment I like Contemporary Classical Music. I studied psychology and electronics in Zagreb. Psychology influenced me as well, especially the world of subconscious, and subtle emotional states.I was trying to compose music in that way, but I never had an orchestra, or trained musicians to perform it. Then, a few years ago, I discovered Computer music,as a new complex media. Algorithmic and fractal formula when understood well, can be used to control melody andrhythm in any way you want. Strange, but mathematics are the link of my inner world, my emotional state, and music. Now, I have an appropriate instrument to make complex music structures, and I can even hear them in real-time. My first large music work, the Opera Nikola Tesla, is dedicated not only to Tesla but to the wonderful world of Art & Science he represents.
