Artist History founded in washington dc in 1994 at a party in a squat after a jeff buckley gig at the black cat club. continued in munich some weeks later. recorded debut album "the storm is over" over three weeks of rain in summer 1995 with all the windows open and birds singing outside when the rain stopped for some minutes. album took four years of rejection by record company idiots, finally came out on band's own label. played some gigs in very small clubs and cellars, only with candlelight.
