Artist description
Like many bands from the central Virginia area, Nickel Bridge began with its feet firmly planted in acoustic rock. After nearly three years of playing, creating, and growing together, the group has now evolved into an eclectic, powerful combination. By mixing a variety of influences, Nickel Bridge is creating its own brand of radio-ready rock and roll. Check out www.nickelbridge.net for more information about the band! |

Press Reviews
"Nickel Bridge isn’t starting out as a ska band, but aside from that, it has more than a few things in common with Fighting Gravity, a huge regional success before signing a major record label deal.""After some talking, this rock/pop/folk band got down to business, first playing the catchy and smooth 'All-American' in the spirit of the recent July Fourth holiday. The singer's rich, smooth voice blended with the acoustic guitar ... I was once again left wanting to know more about the band...""Ummm Excuse me, this song [Hide & Seek] is to all of the record producers and artists who are against the MP3 revolution. "You are missing the boat if you don't sign these guys". I myself am not much of a pop rock fan but I know a good band when I hear one and this is a GOOD band. This is to the members of Nickel Bridge: 'If you don't get signed in a month, write your congressman.' GREAT WORK.""IT WON'T TAKE LONG FOR THESE GUYS TO GET NOTICED!" |
