Artist History
Bruce & Dean have been friends since age 6. Similiar in nature and attitude, they were often thought to be brothers. One day during recess the duo stumbled upon a broken bottle of Beefeater Gin apparently left by a local vagabond near the school slide. A wild notion to piece the bottle back together soon ended when they both cut themselves picking up the shattered glass. It was then that their bloody fingers met and so became lifelong Beefeater Blood Brothers and vowed to someday put the pieces back together. Some 20 years passed and the duo reunited to honor the pledge. The broken glass long since devoured by the earth, the duo instead decided to use broken instruments and tape recorders. Two years of hard work paid off as they glued together a musical masterpiece complimentary to one of the finest gins around.....The Beefeater Project was born on a Monday in April 1998 ....and the rest as they say....is Mystery. |
