Artist description
The Jeffreys are a result of several years of jamming and constructing a style to call their own. The four members of the Jeffreys each have a distinct style of playing their instrument, which gives them depth and an amazing amount of creative output. These four friends all share in a love for music. Because they come from different listening backgrounds they can broaden each others horizons, which in turn makes their music appeal to a wider range of audiences. Never being afraid to try new things gives The Jeffreys an edge both on stage and in the studio. They have been called "inventive", "refreshing", and "extremely creative". Lost in a musical haze of ponderance, The Jeffreys will keep on Rockin and Rollin with the finest of musical intentions. |

Press Reviews
"In this day and age of passé rage, discovering The Jeffreys feels like finding that veritable pearl within the oyster. Maybe these four young boys are simply blessed with far more than your average levels of seratonin. They manage to produce solid music that doesn't rely upon tired gimmicks of cheap sex, misogyny, and self-indulgent angst to get attention. And they do it without sounding facile or naïve, no small feat considering their youth. Their underage status actually fuels the meaning and defiant undertones of their songs, although their instrumental and vocal components shine stronger than the lyrics. They tackle larger than average issues, such as religion and philosophy. No two ways about it, these guys are headed towards a bright future." -- Dylan Roberts (Digital City, San Diego) |
