Artist History started rhyming back in 95, been doing it since.Born and raised in augusta Georgia. i've lived there all my life, except for in 95 when i moved to boston. thats when the emcee Phyba Optikz was born. I first picked up a mic in 1995 when a friend dared me to spit a freestyle over a jeruthe damaja beat. At first, i was skeptical aboutthe idea, but i said, what the hell, i'll do it.Like usual, the first freestyle was wack, but it was my first attempt. After taht, i fell in love with the art. Now, i do it everyday, whether it be writing, making a beat, or spitting on the mic.it is now the year 2000 and i have completed a handful of songs, and 2 EP's. Indestruktable was the first EP and was completed in the second halfof 98. i started work on the second EP Mindshatterin in the mid summer of 99. Now the second EP is done and for sale, and i am proud of it. Now i'm waiting for the next step, that deal,that contract, that dotted line. Hopefully someonewill spot me and get me heard.
