Artist description Singer/Songwriter Ian Crockett is an absolute natural talent. Born and raised in Chicago, Ian Crockett had become a mainstay on the Chicago rock scene by 1998. Now based in Nashville, Tennessee, Ian and his band bring a refreshingly soulful recipe of modern rock, with a hint of blues and a dash of Americana. Ian met producer/bass player Bob Harmon after moving to Nashville in late 2000. The two immediately began collaborating their songwriting efforts and produced a number of tunes with great melodic hooks and thought-provoking lyrics. Most of these songs can be heard on the new solo release entitled “WON.” Simply put, the live show rocks. No question, Ian’s band is a powerhouse, which features the talents of Bob Harmon on bass and background vocals, one of the most prolific lead guitarists on the scene today Raymond Arias, and former Colonel Bruce Hampton drummer Nick Buda.
