Artist description
Amaya’s music, though created solely by acoustic instruments, is very “groove” oriented, and aggressive in nature. Her voice is unmistakably powerful yet controlled beautifully. The music incorporates jazz, hip-hop, funk and folk. Lyrically it is political and personal, and equally as moving as the music. All songs were written and composed by Amaya Andreas. |

Press Reviews
I received the CD I purchased and have not stopped listening to it yet. I carry it around with me wherever I go to make sure I can hear it at all times. Amazing, is to say the least. Amaya is so talented it amazes me. I love it. The music is awesome, her voice is amazing and the lyrics... really blow me away. I love the words. It is so easy to relate to you, it is as if someone got inside of me, and could actually articulate so many of my thoughts and feelings. I talk about you and the CD constantly. I want everyone to hear it, because I feel so many people would just be amazed and feel the way I do.Jenifer Reed - online Customer |
