Artist History
Formed in the summer of '94, The Show-offs have taken the Long Island and Tri-state area punk scene by total surprise. For the past four years, they have been playing venues, clubs and outdoor events all over including dates on The Warped Tour. They've been gaining more fan base and meeting new friends every day. The Show-offs were always big fans of music, and loved the feeling they got when they made it happen. It was extremely hard work for all four of them, but every paycheck and ounce of time, effort and dedication went straight to the band. The boys are due to record a brand new E.P. this Nov. that will be released in Dec. on Redemrtion Records. They will also be touring all of next summer. Check these guys out LIVE!!! |

Press Reviews
"The Long Island boys known as "The Show-offs" really ripped up the Roadhouse Pub friday night with their exteme set of power punk, while all along keeping the place on their toes with there sarcastic humor. The kids knew the night wasn't over without the bands sing-a-long cover of Operation Ivy's "The Crowd" that unfortunately left 4 injured. It just goes to show you that good punk never dies." -L.I. Voice "I just listened to "touching base" and that song is incredible. A pop-punk masterpiece. It actually brings tears to my eyes. Great punk rock! Don't ever stop writing songs!" -AnDys@... " |
