Artist History Began in 1996 as Noise Terrorists with Henry Rexroad. Dan Figurell joined in 1997. Recorded various material through 1998 when Figurell left band and name was changed to Refinery. 1999 saw interest in the band from a major label (hint: ministry's first label), which fell through due to the label's corporate owners shutting down the label. 1999 also saw the addition of Paul Gladden to the permanent lineup.
