Artist History
Founded in 1996 by Lee Wayne and Doug Donut, Mr. Pink went through a series of bass players before Greg Buhr joined in 1997. With the addition of Shade rapping on select songs and Guitarist Mark Hiemstra joining in 1999, Pink's reign as a three-piece ended. Doug Donut left and was replaced by Darryl Sheckley in the spring of 2000, at which time Mark moved on to non-music related interests. The band has made a promotional self-titled EP, recorded by Derek D'mon at Overcast and Mixed by Terry Murray at Profile Studios in Vancouver, B.C. that contains a selection of songs from the upcoming full-length release, the rest of the songs recorded by Vic Levak at Hush Studios, Vancouver, mixed by Terry Murray and presently being mastered By Sean at Profile. |
